Roles & Responsibilities:

• Advise tenants/buyers to find their perfect property at the best place and price by hassle-free
• Provide property viewing to clients and facilitate the successful closing of rental/sale agreements between the landlord/property developer and the tenant/buyer
• Build strong relations with buyers, tenants, landlords, property developers, and co-agents
• Achieve sales target set by the company
• Continuously self-development 
• Working Hours: 5 days/week from 9:30 am. to 6.30 pm.
• Office: BTS Wongwian Yai.

Benefits

• Base salary 15,000 - 24,000 Baht
• Commission 25% - 40% depending on individual performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. (Accepting new graduates)
• Strong communicator with excellent command of spoken and written English (knowledge of other languages will be advantageous)
• Passion for Real Estate renting and selling
• Integrity-based, open-minded, matured and responsible
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and understand legal document process
• Possess excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
